Bookings

To secure your date(s)/time(s) we require a $150 deposit per Bridal Booking & a $35 deposit per Party Booking unless otherwise stated. The deposit is non-refundable and non-transferable. You may e-transfer the funds to shazia7484@gmail.com or arrange a time & date to drop it off to said location. Only once the deposit is received will your booking be confirmed.

Cancellation Policy

Deposits are non-refundable & non-transferable and will be accepted through email money transfer sent to shazbeautystudio.ca@gmail.com.

 - All remaining balances will be due on the day of service in Cash only
 - All prices include HST

Delays

It is imperative that clients inform the artist ahead of time of any delays that might occur due to traditions etc. for one-day events as well as any time restrictions so that they can be accounted for ahead of time.

A late fee of $10.00 will be charged for every 10 minutes of delay when a client is late for a scheduled time or if scheduled appointment exceeds allotted time because of client delays. In the event that a client is significantly late and the Artist feels that she does not have sufficient time to complete her services before her next scheduled appointment, it is then the Artist's decision to:

a.) Work within the time remaining until his/her next appointment, leave to attend her following appointment and then return to finish up.

b.) or bump your complete appointment down to after her next appointment is completed

The client will also be responsible for compensating the Artist additional travel charges to return to their location to complete their services in the event that they need to return.

Payment

All deposits are non-refundable & non-transferrable and will be accepted through Email Money Transfer sent to Shazbeautystudio.ca@gmail.com.

All balance dues are to be made in cash & in person on the day of the event. All prices includes HST.

The final balance is due on the day of the event as one payment to the Artist. The person(s) responsible for the entire payment is the person(s) who has signed/agreed to the contract. For large parties it is suggested that one designated person collect the entire balance and pay it to the Artist. The Artist is not responsible for collecting balances due in portions from individual clients.

Liability

All brushes and makeup products are kept sanitary. All products are sanitized between every makeup application. Any skin condition should be reported by the client to the Artist prior to application, and if needed a sample test of makeup may be performed on the skin to test reaction.

Location Requirements

The location of service for the day of the event will be at the discretion of the client. A setup/work table needs to be made available for the Artist at said location. Ample lighting, whether by means of natural light or by lamps is necessary for services to be performed properly. There must be access to a wall plug & electricity for the Artist's tools. If this is not available in the chosen area please advise ahead of time. In the event the plug is in an inconvenient/unsafe location then an extension cord must be provided so that the Artist is able to plug in her tools and work in a comfortable/safe area.

Additional Services

Additional charges for extra services requested on the date of the event can be consulted by artist. The Artist will try to accommodate any additional clients not stated in the contract at the end of the scheduled clients.
